Pure Charm is not liable for any parcels opened or damaged in transit. Any goods returned by customs and excise will result in all shipping costs incurred by us to be deducted from refunds.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

RETURNS - GUARANTEE
Though we only offer quality jewellery, we understand that issues may arise from time to time, we are only human after all. If your purchase is not as described or you change your mind about a purchase, you will receive a refund. You must return the item, unworn and in it's original packaging to us within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to accept earrings, body jewellery or rings on return for hygienic reasons and because rings are ordered in custom sizes.
